Annette Andrews

Annette is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS) and Licenced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

She is passionate about helping people navigate conflict and change and find ways to move forward. She works to build understanding and insight by providing a safe place to learn and think creatively, so people can make more informed decisions.

Winner of the 2021 Resolution Institute Achievement Award, Annette has had repeated success in helping clients reach agreements, and in supporting culturally diverse clients from remote areas throughout the Northern Territory and Australia.

Now based in the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Hunter Region of NSW, Annette has a reputation for considering the complexities of each issue, offering a range of mediation styles, and adapting her facilitation to suit each teams' circumstances.
